My sister and I ended up going to see Underworld Awakening as a fan of the other three I was initially excited to see this one in theaters. It presented in 3d, and obvious amazing option to people in my generation. So as said my sister and I went to the movie theater after spending $15.00 on candy, redline, and coke. Then to the movies where the 3d showing at 5:25 was $11.00 per person. I saw some really good previews for Chronicle, and Ghost Rider both movies I’d like to see once they come out.
The beginning of the movie showed basically the ending of the second Underworld where the world is in chaos, and Michael and Selene were going to escape. Giving it the same chance as the others, she was going to grab Michael and get out of the city because everything was coming down and the humans were doing a purge ie, killing all vampires and lycans. So fast forward and Selene is at a lab called anti-gen, where they preformed experiments on her “Subject 1” and “Subject 2” it is not until later the viewer finds out that subject 2 is Michel and Selene’s daughter also a hybrid.
Anyway so Subject 2 frees Selene and she learns that Michael perished on the day they were supposed to leave regaining her memory. She and her daughter have the ability to see through each others eyes. In which they fend off the lycans who need her daughter because she is immune to silver. Anyway there are some pretty clever twists in the movie, I’d enjoyed it and expect there will be a number 5. At least the way they ended it there was to be a sequel. Underworld is by far the best series aside from Harry Potter where I have enjoyed the sequels.
However for now I leave you guys with this have a great week!
xx Jenna.
